Hey there, hi there, Tobyanne! Welcome back to planDisney! I'm so excited to see you back here with another great vacation planning question, friend!
I know you must be getting SO excited about your upcoming Disney Vacation Club
2022 Member Cruise to Alaska in just weeks! Eek! The itinerary from Vancouver to majestic ports around Alaska looks absolutely incredible, and Member-exclusive gifts and experiences on board are the pixie-dusted icing on the magical Disney Cruise Line cake! Now, let's tie up your loose planning ends and put your mind at ease so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your dwindling countdown to your amazing adventure.
I spoke with a helpful Cast Member with DVC Member Services who advised that you call Member Services as soon as possible to try to add the travel insurance to your upcoming Member Cruise. He said that if this was the first time you booked this cruise, you can still add the travel insurance as long as you call as soon as possible. However, if this cruise was rebooked from the 2020 Member Cruise, the short answer is "maybe." The Cast Member stated that adding the travel insurance to a rebooking is dependent on a few factors, so, just
contact Member Services to speak with a Cast Member as soon as you can. After dialing "1" to reach Member Services, dial "3" to speak with a Cast Member who specializes in Disney Cruise Line vacations.
Before you set sail, be sure to check out the
Member Benefits page on the DVC website to view the latest and greatest in DVC discounts! You might just find some extra
Membership Magic for your cruise!
Tobyanne, I hope you found this helpful, and I'm wishing you the BEST time on your upcoming cruise! Please feel free to stop by any time!
Bon voyage!
