Ahoy Camille –
Cruising with a toddler is so much fun with Disney Cruise Line, and we are glad you stopped by with your question! The
Wonder is one of my favorite ships and was the first one that my infant (and later toddler) sailed on. Oh the memories! There are many activities on the ship that your 2-year-old will enjoy, despite the swimming pool rules. In the pool area, there is a special zone with pop-up sprinkler jets that babies and toddlers delight in. Bring those swim diapers for this area as well as some fun water toys so that your sea pup can enjoy the sun. Check your
Personal Navigator for daily events catering especially to babies and toddlers. We enjoyed the
Disney Junior dance parties that featured Jake and Sophia the First. Most mornings there was a
Wake Up with Disney Junior fun session with games and toys. In the afternoons you will find
Toddler Time. I understand not wanting to leave your pirate cub in daycare, but what about staying to play with him? Some of my best memories were visiting the
Oceaneer Club and the
Nursery with my toddler during
Open House because he had the chance to run around and play with all the toys while under my watchful eye. Finally, one of my favorite bonding moments was pushing my sea pup’s stroller on Deck 4 amidst the beauty of the ocean. Camille, I hope this helps with your planning, but please come back to see us if you need additional support. Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
