Kevin from OH Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hello, we were in alaska in may and going to be on the wish early September, can we use the same password for safe passage? Thank alot.

Ahoy there, Kevin, and welcome back aboard planDisney! Glad to see you alongside again, and I hope that Alaskan itinerary was everything you'd hoped it would be!

At this point, I'm sure you feel like a professional Safe Passage user! I know the second time my family used it, we felt much more comfortable with the pre-arrival and pre-boarding testing process! The good news is, that when it comes to logging into your Safe Passage account, you should be able to use the same password!

Now the only thing to remember is you may still be logged into the information page for your Alaskan Itinerary, and as thrilling as it may be to review your clear to sail status from your previous cruise, be sure to click the "logout" button in the top right corner and select "Register New Guest/Add New Reservation" on the main screen. Once you link that new reservation, you should be able to log in with your same password without issue!

Ah, headed on the Disney Wish in September - what a fantastic season of cruising you're having, Kevin! My family and I just sailed on the newest ship in the fleet ourselves, and let me tell you, as someone who has now sailed on all five ships, you're in for a shipload of surprises. I'm sure you've already heard awesome things about the new spaces like StarWars: Hyperspace Lounge and The Bayou located around the ship, but the excitement - and enchantment - don't end there!

From the moment you enter the Grand Hall, I hope you'll feel a renewed sense of wonder and awe at the Wish's new take on the Disney Cruise Line vacation experience. I can't wait for you and your crew to experience Arendelle: A Frozen Dining Adventure, Worlds of Marvel, and 1923, the three amazing new main dining rooms that await! And while it may take you a bit of getting used to having just recently sailed on the Disney Wonder, it will be an incredible time regardless!

OH, and here's a planDrew-approved tip: if you're trying to remember which way is forward while up on the pool deck - if you can see Funnel Vision, you're looking forward, just like on the classic ships!

Thanks as always for your question, Kevin! You know the (muster) drill - if any others surface as you continue planning for September, be sure to drop us a line here at planDisney!

Until then, may your anchor be tight and your compass true!
