    Hello Moms! I will be going to Alaska this July. There are many port adventures I am excited to book. Is payment due at time of booking? If you book an excursion, are you guaranteed a spot? What is cancellation policy? Thanks!

    Thanks for sailing by for a visit here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are so excited to hear about your cruise plans to Alaska on Disney Cruise Line. There are many amazing adventures that await your family, and you will find a list of them at the Port Adventures online. From the website, browse through the different offerings and make notes and favorites to save for your online booking window.  Once your online registration is completed, you will be able to book your excursion. Payment will not be due until the end of your cruise because the excursion fees are added to your onboard account. If you book your excursion, you are guaranteed a spot as long as it is not cancelled by the excursion operator or Disney Cruise Line. After booking your adventure, you can cancel any time 3 days BEFORE you board the ship, and after that it is non-refundable.
