Disney Cruise Line offers ground transfers between the airport and ship for an additional fee on both embarkation and debarkation days for all of the domestic departure ports and most of the international departure ports as well. The exact cost varies by departure port, but you can look for the details for your particular sailing on the list
here. Since ground transfers are limited, be sure to book them in advance. You can add airport transfers to your reservation online, by using the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App, or by calling Disney Cruise Line directly at (800) 951-3532. Cast members are available to speak with you Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST, and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
If you are arranging your own independent air travel and choose to book ground transportation through Disney Cruise Line, then be sure to follow the flight-time guidelines for your departure port. There is a recommended latest arrival time on embarkation day and an earliest departure time on debarkation day to help ensure that you have plenty of time to travel between the port and airport. Those times also vary by departure port and are listed on the same ground transportation page found
here.
Alternatively, you can always arrange your own private transportation from the airport to the port and back via a rideshare service, taxi, or by getting a rental car. You can find a list of departure ports
here and each one’s page provides you with the necessary port information, such as the address and parking details to help you choose what is right for your particular sailing.
