I am so sorry to hear that you have to change your plans and are having trouble getting through to the Reservations department to ask for assistance. You are correct in that in order to change your airline itinerary, it would require a
phone call to Disney Reservations, after which you would need to be transferred to the Airline Help department. I spoke with
Guest Relations, and they let me know that wait times are fluctuating right now, but at the time of my call were about 35 minutes. At this time, we are not aware of any alternative ways to make these changes.
