    Airline deals?

    Hey there, Diane!

Airline deals? Yes, please! I am forever in search of the best possible price for convenient, round trip flights to Orlando International Airport (MCO) and I have learned a few things over the years. I'm happy to share what I have discovered. Here are some practices that have saved me considerable money:

    1. Identify the major carriers that serve your local airport and check their homepages regularly.

    2. Investigate flights from neighboring airports and at various times of day. You may even want to consider flights a day before or after your original scheduled departure day. Sometimes adjusting your trip by just one day can make an enormous difference in flight prices.

    3. Download the free Hopper mobile app to your cell phone. Type in the days you hope to travel and "watch" those flights. Then Hopper will send you notifications if the flight prices on those routes drop. They'll even predict whether the prices are likely to climb or drop. This gives you more confidence that the deal you've found is a good one.

When you ultimately book your flights, be sure to call Disney's Magical Express at (407) 939-1936 (or the agent who booked your Walt Disney World Resort vacation) to add your flight details to your reservation. This delightful, complimentary motor coach service between Orlando International Airport and Walt Disney World Resort is a fabulous way to start your vacation. If you tag your luggage before you check it at your home airport, you don't even need to collect it at baggage claim in Orlando. The Disney's Magical Express team will see that it finds its way to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel.

I'll keep my fingers crossed that you find a fabulous deal on your airfare.

    Best wishes,
