Hi Krista,

I love questions about dining at Walt Disney World! Thanks for writing in to the Moms Panel.

These are my favorite quick service dining restaurants so I highly recommend that you give them a try:

Magic Kingdom: Columbia Harbour House in Liberty Square
Disney's Hollywood Studios: Min & Bill's Dockside Diner (I just love their pretzel dogs!)
Downtown Disney: Earl of Sandwich or Wolfgang Puck's Express
Epcot: Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavilion
Disney's Animal Kingdom: Flame Tree BBQ

I think you'll find a nice variety of food on the menus at the restaurants listed above. Have a wonderful first vacation to Walt Disney World!
