What are the ages on the age groups for Disney? I have seen activities that are for preschoolers, kids, tween, etc. I have no clue what is considered a preschooler and a kid.

    Hello Luana!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You're only as old as you feel at Disney, right? I know I definitely act and feel like a kid again each time I walk down Main Street, U.S.A. or give my favorite pal, Mickey, a hug.

Getting to your question about the age groups mentioned, Disney doesn't specify an exact age, (and I don't think there really is one) but rather an approximate age range in regards to which group will enjoy the activity the most. Generally speaking, preschool children are usually considered to be 3-4 years old, prior to kindergarten. The next age group would be considered "kids" and is considered around 5-10 years old. Tweens are prior to being a teen and are usually 11-12 years old.

I hope this information helps you in planning your magical vacation. If you have any other questions or concerns, please reach out to us again.
