An agent helped me set up tickets and park reservations, but said that I need to sign a Covid 19 liability waiver. I went to park pass terms but unable to find the waiver. Can you help?

    Heigh-Ho Arlen,

Walt Disney World continues to monitor closely the everchanging guidelines suggested by the CDC and local health departments and government agencies. While Guests are not asked to sign a Covid-19 liability waiver, any Guest visiting the Walt Disney World Resorts, Disney Springs or Theme Parks “voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.” The Know Before You Go page is a great place to stay up to date on the health and safety protocols happening around Walt Disney World and the Terms & Conditions for Disney Park Pass System discuss in detail the complete logistics Guests enter into when visiting all of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks.

So rest assured no documents need to be signed just continue planning, through your My Disney Experience, download the mobile app and ask us any further questions you may have. Check out our Instagram (@planDisneypanel) and Panel Extras for additional vacation planning tips and may your visit be filled with many magical and memorable moments.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
