Hi Sylvia,
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question about planning. We love the planning process from start to finish, and I will be happy to steer you in the right direction. Half of the fun is picking out the resort you will call home for a week. A fantastic place to start is the
Vacation Planning Page, this page will give you all the details from the hotels, theme park tickets, shopping and vacation packages.
There are a couple of options for getting started on planning your trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. You can always chat online with someone if you are interested in a digital process. But for me it would be a speaking with someone by
calling for assistance to create your magical vacation package. Something about that human connection that helps foster a great experience. What I will say is you should create a list of possible resorts that fit your Disney style so you have an idea. The hardest part for me is selecting from all the great places to stay.
No matter which
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel you decide to stay, there is a list of benefits that come along with it. And in 2025 there is a new benefit that will be perfect for this late summer vacation. On check-in day guests can visit a water park for free. That's right, no cost, gratis, free of charge, and that is a benefit I can get behind. Picture this ,you arrive at your resort, drop your bags off with
Bell Services, and head straight to to make a big splash. Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon will be open to enjoy during your stay, check the schedule to see which will be available for you and your party.
I hope this information is helpful for getting this magical vacation started. If you have any other questions please head back to
planDisney.com.
See ya real soon,
Jeremy A.
