    Is there an age restriction for the Castaway Cay 5K? My kids will be 10 and 12, and they would love to do this.

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    There is a (somewhat flexible) age restriction for the Castaway Cay 5K, but it is 10-years of age, so your kids will be just fine!

    I think it's a great idea for you guys to do this as a family!  The medals are so cute and it's the perfect way to start your day in paradise.  Be sure to check out the runDisney website for all of the different race weekends you could add to your list!
