Is there an age limit on family members that can schedule rides. I have an 11 yr. old, the app is on her phone but my disney experience won't allow me to add her.

Hi Betty, and welcome back to planDisney!

Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! April is a wonderful time to visit!

Anyone ages 13 and up can have access to a My Disney Experience account. In this case, your daughter is 11 and won't be able to have her own access. However, you can always put the app on her device, and she can have access that way. That is what I did for my son until he turned 13. He was able to see the plans from his phone, which made him happy. If you have issues with adding your daughter to your My Disney Experience account, call (407) 939-4357 and speak with a cast member who will be able to assist you.

For anyone else in your party that is 13 and over and has their own My Disney Experience account, be sure to add them to your Family & Friends List so that everyone will be on the same page.
