Hello! What is the age they consider a child for the character breakfasts?

    Hello Beverly!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a great question!

One of my favorite things to do at the Walt Disney World Resort is explore all dining options offered. There are so many amazing restaurants that I always try different locations during new visits.

Guests between the ages of 3 and 9 years are considered children at all venues, and are expected to order from a children’s menu, where available. Guests under the age of 3 may share from an adult plate at no extra charge even at character meals, so this is great because these meals are usually at restaurants that offer a buffet.

Beverly, character meals are extremely popular so advance reservations are highly recommended. You can book your favorite restaurants up to 180 days in advance online or by calling (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463. You can also use the My Disney Experience mobile app, which is my favorite way to make reservations.

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you have magical dining experiences!

    See ya real soon!
