From what age are children required to purchase a ticket for disney world. Does my 7 Years old daughter have to pay? I am only seeing 10+

Hello Andrea and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

With so many great options for ticket configuration, it can be a bit difficult to understand at first. The Walt Disney World theme park tickets are priced for children 3 up to 10, and adults are ages 10 and above.  Also, tickets are date-based, meaning that the price is dependent on the date you plan to start utilizing them.

The best way to see ticket prices for different ages and different dates is to go ahead an go through the online process of selecting tickets. You will see the cost before you actually have to commit to purchasing. Disney's online ticket calendar is beneficial in understanding how prices fluctuate. Also, make sure and consider the Park Hopper option. Disney' Park Hopper allows you to enter two or more different theme parks on the same day. It can be helpful if you plan to visit one park during the day and a different one to enjoy one of the nighttime spectaculars such as Fantasmic!

I hope this helps with your planning. If you have more questions, come on back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel- we love to help!

    See ya real soon,
