At what age is a child considered as an adult?

Hi Alan!  Disney uses the guideline that children are from the age of 3-9 years of age. Children age 10 and over will use the adult menus in restaurants and will need to purchase full price park tickets. Obviously for places such as bars and clubs the rule of being 21 and over is in place and some places will have requirement for 18 and older but those are the exception and not the norm. Disney dining plans will have the same age requirements as the tickets too.
