R there age apprioate events for 5 and six years olds....

    Hi Tomika!

Having a 6-year old daughter, our family is always on the lookout for those events she can enjoy at her age. Here is a snapshot of some of the things she enjoyed at the parks:

    Magic Kingdom

Move It! Shake It! Celebrate It! Street Party-be sure to check the show times for this street party/parade. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed this and the cast members do a great job getting kids involved. We had a conga line going that was pretty fun for us and daughter.

Wishes Nighttime Spectacular-if you'll be visiting in the evening, you must catch this fireworks show, which goes off right above Cinderella's castle! The music synchronized to the fireworks only add to the excitement and magic...

    Animal Kingdom

Kilimanjaro Safari-Yes, this is a ride but certainly feels like an event! Your child should love going on a journey to see African wild animals in their own habitats. One of my daughter's favorite things to do at Disney...

    Epcot

World Showcase-check the times on the Epcot brochure. Different countries host events in their respective country that are exciting to watch. My daughter really enjoyed the Chinese Dragon Legend Acrobats. Also checkout the Kidcot Fun Stops if your child likes to do crafts.

    Hollywood Studios

High School Musical 3-if your kid is into the whole High School Musical Revolution, than they should enjoy seeing this show, which goes about 15 minutes.

In addition, many of the attractions and dining (such as character dining) are events in themselves!

If you're visiting soon, hope you have a magical time!
