Hi, It’s me again Sorry, When I booked I wrote down wrong spelling with my other party, Is it possible to change his name or it’s okay just keep it? Thanks!

Hello there, Jace! Welcome to planDisney. Don't be sorry! We love answering questions and love to see someone return to ask more!

Oh boy! Do not worry too much about the wrong spelling of a name on your ticket. Adding names to tickets is more so a benefit for you the ticket holder to keep tickets straight in your Disneyland app if you have multiple tickets. The way tickets are assigned to a Guest actually happens when you scan your ticket for the first time at the turnstile. The Cast Member will take a photo of the Guest and this is what assigns the ticket to them. You will be okay keeping the misspelled name as it is or you can have it changed. If you want it changed, you will need to call Ticket Services or go through chat on the Disneyland app to have them change the name. You could probably even have Guest Services at City Hall or the Chamber of Commerce help once you arrive in the parks if you want to wait.

Once you familiarize yourself with the Disneyland app, I suggest adding a form of payment to your profile. This will make mobile ordering your snacks easy and convenient in just a few clicks rather than having to fill out your card information every time.

Jace, thanks again for stopping by again. See you real soon!

While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
