Hi againl Traveling solo and wondering should I book at one of the Value Resorts or should I take the plunge and book at the Carribean? And what's the difference between normal or preferred rooms? Love panel!

    Hi Giselle!

Way to go on deciding to visit Walt Disney World on your own, it should be lots of fun! If your options are between a Value resort or Caribbean Beach Resort, I would vote for the Value resort. Since you'll be traveling solo, and the difference between the rooms is not so much and won't make a big difference for you, I would suggest you spend the difference towards a special experience instead. These kinds of experiences will make your vacation even more magical!

Oh, and standard rooms are just that, while preferred rooms are the same but are located within much closer proximity to the main areas of the resort, such as the food court or bus loading area. This is helpful if you cut down on the time it might take you to walk from point A to point B, or if you want be close to a pool. Hope this helps!
