Me again:Kennel located near WDW - We have two dogs that have never experienced staying at a kennel. I believe they might feel abandoned. I would appreciate more details about the kennel services.

Hiya, Denise! Welcome back to planDisney!

There are multiple ways for you to keep your furry friends close by while you enjoy the Vacation Kingdom of the World. Along with 4 dog-friendly hotels (Art of Animation, Port Orleans - Riverside, Yacht Club, and the Cabins and Fort Wilderness Resorts), Best Friends Pet Hotel allows your pets to have their own magical experience.

Every pet has a unique personality with their own likes and dislikes, and nobody knows your pups better than you. What might be fun for some dogs may not be enjoyable for others. It’s just like how people have their own opinions about rides at Walt Disney World. I may love a relaxing trip on Living With the Land, but my kids would rather ride all the rollercoasters. To each their own!

Best Friends Pet Hotel offers a variety of boarding and play options, as well as a whole menu of special extras. If you want to keep in touch with your dogs, the Vacation Villa, Luxury Suite, and Club Suite options come equipped with Petchatz webcams that allow you to talk to your pooch from your smartphone. How cool is that? You can find their services outlined here, as well as pricing information on their website. If you have specific questions about any of their services or facilities, don’t hesitate to contact Best Friends Pet Hotel at (407) 209-3126.

Remember that all dogs staying at either Walt Disney World Resort hotel or Best Friends Pet Hotel need to be properly vaccinated, and you’ll need to provide proof of vaccination at check-in.

Denise, I hope you and your canine kiddos have a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World. Don’t hesitate to send us any other questions you may have. You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney!

    Magical travels!
