    Hi Again, I have just noticed that the Peter Pan ride will be closed when we visit (10/24-11/7). I know Peter Pan normally does meet and greet near the ride. My 5 year old LOVES him - will he still be available to meet, even though the ride is closed?

    Thanks for visiting me here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    During the refurbishment of Peter Pan's Flight, Peter himself will likely still participate in Meet & Greet sessions in Magic Kingdom Park. I just spoke with a Cast Member on your behalf regarding this topic, however they unfortunately do not yet have their Character Meet & Greet Schedules posted for the time period in which you are traveling.     Your best bet will be to grab a Magic Kingdom Times Guide upon your arrival at your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel or as you arrive at Magic Kingdom. You'll find a full listing on the Times Guide showing each Character's planned Meet & Greet locations and times for that day or week. Depending on the set up of the attraction's closure (perimeter walls etc), there's a chance that Peter Pan will be conducting his Meet & Greets at an alternate location in Fantasyland. If you're unsure, simply pop into City Hall to ask a Guest Services Cast Member where you might be able to find Peter Pan on that particular day.

    Another great way to ensure a visit with Peter Pan is to reserve the Pirates & Pals Fireworks Voyage. This fantastic, family adventure includes a special reception complete with treats, refreshments and photo opportunities with Captain Hook and Mr. Smee prior to your voyage setting sail on the Seven Seas Lagoon. Upon your return, Peter Pan will be waiting on shore for one last Meet & Greet opportunity. During the time of your visit, the Voyage will be happening on Friday through Tuesday evenings.
