Hi again! You’ve all been so helpful! I have a doubt, how close to your dining reservation do you need to be at the restaurant? I know they advice 15min early but what happens if you arrive a few minutes late or just in time? Thanks a lot!

    Hi Martina,

Thank you for the compliment! The Disney Parks Moms Panel team loves helping guests plan their magical vacations!

Disney requests that you arrive to the podium 10-15 minutes early to check in for your Advanced Dining Reservations. That being said, there are times that guests get delayed due to transportation challenges or other unexpected hold-ups. Occasionally, you get so wrapped up in the magic of the moment that time just slips away from you. Rest assured that there is a 15-minute grace period for dining reservations. As long as you arrive within 15 minutes of the reserved time, you are all set. If you are later than that, Cast Members will do their best to still try to squeeze you in, but they cannot guarantee that they can accommodate you after the 15 minutes have passed.

    Wishing you magical memories,

    Kaylene
