Hi again! I was just wondering what time the resort quick service restaurants start serving lunch? We're staying at POFQ. Thanks!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Leah!

You've made such a great choice to book your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort Hotel stay at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter. It's one of my favorite Resort Hotels because the main area, Port Orleans Square, has a fun Mardi Gras vibe but the grounds are sprawling and serene around where the rooms are. I also love that it's connected to Disney Springs through a waterway with ferry transporation available, which is a really fun and relaxing way to get to your dining reservation or your evening shopping plans!

The Quick-Service Restaurant at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter is called Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory and it opens early in the morning at 6 a.m. and stays open until midnight if you need a snack after you get back from the Theme Parks. Typically, the switch over from breakfast to lunch happens around 11 a.m. so plan to eat at that time or later if you have your heart set on a Po' Boy, Shrimp and Grits, or some Jambalaya. Make sure to save some room for Mickey-shaped Beignets for dessert!

I hope this answers your question, Leah, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
