Hi again! My DH, DS (2), and I are visiting in Dec. We already have reservations at Chef Mickey's for breakfast. What would be a good dinner for us to attend. We are season pass holders so it doesn't have to be with characters since we have done some.

    Hi Bethann,

When our sons were younger, these were some of their favorite restaurants (and still are!) because of the theming and interactions.

-Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge (and so beautiful in December & lots of surprises)
-Coral Reef at Epcot - an entire wall is an aquarium, so you can dine with Crush!
-Biergarten at Epcot - the dance floor is always filled with little ones
-Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater at Disney's Hollywood Studios - sit in old cars and watch campy movies from the 1950s
-'Ohana at the Polynesian - ever push a coconut with a broom?
-T-Rex (Downtown Disney) or Rainforest Cafe (Animal Kingdom & Downtown Disney)

And I have to add, my sons make it a MUST to have a snack at Casey's Corner at the Magic Kingdom; they love sitting in the bleachers watching old cartoons!

In addition to the links, I think there are Youtube videos taken at each of the restaurants if that helps you to get an idea of the "action."

    Wishing you fantastic dining!
