    Thanks for writing back!  I love your idea.  Just be sure to make your reservations right at the 180 day mark, as I'm guessing a few others will share your plan!  Yes, if you have the Disney Dining Plan, you will be able to use it on New Year's Eve.  This is a signature dining venue, so it requires two table-service credits per guest to dine here.  Happy planning and feel free to write back!
