    Hi again. Staying at AKL June 22-29 for 1st time in SVR. Any suggestions on which Savanah (trail) to request. DD loves zebra & giraffes. Read mixed reviews of views and trails. Would love any input you may have. Thank you!!!

    Hi Christine - my family stayed in a savanna view room at the Animal Kingdom Lodge last year and loved it!  I'm sure you will have a wonderful time!

    Our room was on the zebra trail, and I would highly recommend requesting a room there.  The view was wonderful, and my kids loved pressing their noses up against the balcony sliding door to watch the animals.  We even had a baby giraffe who would wander right by our room. 

    Another benefit of the zebra trail is that it is conveniently located near the pool, as well as the restaurants.
