Hi again! Just started online check in for AKL for April but I'm confused on request options. We booked a pool view room, so I'd like to request an upper floor and close to an elevator for my 2.5 year old son but what's the kudu trail? Thanks

    Hello, Samantha,

Thank you for your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I'm so excited for your future stay at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, which is such an amazing resort with its rich celebration of African culture and art as well as the amazing views of all the animals on the savannah throughout the resort.  When visiting the resort, the rooms are on the Kudu Trail, the Zebra Trail, the Ostrich Trail, and the Giraffe Trail.  The rooms with Pool Views are located off the Zebra Trail and the Giraffe Trail. If you'd like to better visualize what this is, you can do a quick internet search for Map of Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. You can also visit the independent website Touringplans.com and do search for View of Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge - Jambo House to actually look at the views from the rooms at the resort.

If you have any further questions as your trip grows closer, please let us know.  Wishing you a trip with many unforgettable moments!  -Kara
