Hi, again! Saw your video where you dropped the kids (I think it was at GF) and you and DH went to dinner, and the kids club looked kind of small on the video. Is this a large room w/ a lot of activities and areas to explore? Is there a max # kids allowed?

    Hi Lori,

Thanks for writing!  My kids love spending time at one of the Disney children's activity centers, where children aged 4-12 can spend a supervised evening while their parents enjoy a night out.  The club at the Grand Floridian is one of the smaller centers, which was probably clear in the video.  Nevertheless, my boys had a fabulous night playing games, doing crafts, socializing with other children and reading stories with the incredibly talented Cast Members who staff the clubs.  We just returned from a visit to Disney, and my boys spent a night at the Sandcastle Club at the Beach Club. They are now pen pals with two kids they met there!  This center is quite a bit larger than the one at the Grand Floridian.  My kids' absolute favorite club is the Never Land Club at the Polynesian Resort.  It is HUGE, with many play areas, video games, more toys than a leading toy store, and even a secret entrance through a child-sized doorway that is adorable.  You don't need to stay at a particular resort to use the child care center.  Since the Never Land Club is my kids' favorite, we often drop them off there when we are staying at another property before heading out.   There is a maximum number of children which varies per center, and ensures that no location is over crowded.  In addition, there is a strict ratio of Cast Members to children that is followed to ensure that kids receive plenty of attention.

I'm guessing no matter which center you chose, your children will have a wonderful night, while you enjoy some adult time!

    Have a magical trip!
