Hello again. I was reading some answers about your transportation and Not having an exact schedule. Is it easier to rent a car, especially with two 2 yr olds rather than using the buses because the children are on a time schedule?

Hi Craig - this is one of those questions where there are definitely many differing opinions.  As the mom of two young kids, I'll give you my opinion.

For my family, not needing a car is a huge benefit to staying right on property.  With that comes some pretty significant dollar savings, in rental fees, tolls, and gas.  While Disney transportation is certainly not perfect, it's definitely reliable enough for my family.  Both of my kids still nap, and we've been able to make it back to the resort with plenty of time for naps.

Another benefit is that Disney transportation drops you off very close to the front entrance of the parks.  You don't have to worry about taking a tram, or in the case of the Magic Kingdom, a boat or monorail from the parking lot.

In the end, it's really a personal decision.

    Have a great vacation!
