Hi again. I read adults can not wear costumes to the parks. Is this true for mickeys not so scary Halloween? I was dressing as Aurora in her coronation gown (gold), but it is not something I bought at disney and I am not wearing a blonde wig.

    Hi Geraldine,

Good news! Not only are costumes for all ages allowed at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, they're encouraged. You will see everything from elaborate princess costumes to simple T-shirts. Just keep in mind that whatever you wear should be appropriate for a family event -- nothing too scary or offensive. And you can't wear a mask that covers your face.

Otherwise, have fun dressing up! Please remember that you will want to wear comfy shoes, no matter what costume you choose, so that you can easily move from place to place and take in all the activities. Don't miss the Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade. It may be my favorite in all of Walt Disney World (though it's a tight race with the new Festival of Fantasy parade at Magic Kingdom).

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question, and please let us know if we can help in any other way. Enjoy!
