It's me again!! Planning a trip April 2013 and this time we are not on a budget. MOMS, I would like to know were can I get a nice seafood dinner for 2 plus couple spa day? Also, we would like to try a behind the scene tour of the parks?

    Hello, Jessica!

What a wonderful trip you have planned so far! Great ideas!

Just last week, I had a wonderful meal at Flying Fish Cafe, located at Disney's BoardWalk Resort, which included some really wonderful seafood specialties (my favorite was the scallops). You'll love anything you order there!

On the other hand, I've booked several dinners with friends at Fulton's Crab House, in Downtown Disney, and there has never been one disappointed person at the table. Take a look at the menu to see why. It's a seafood-lover's paradise! :-)

Now, regarding your couples' spa day, head over to Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, where you'll find a lovely array of treatments which can be geared just for your liking. A full menu of offerings can be found at the spa's homepage, relaxedyet.com. Just click on "location" in order to find the options available to Guests at Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa. You'll be so glad that you did!

Next, there are several behind-the-scenes tours of the parks which you'll find really interesting. Take a look at the varied offerings you can find at Walt Disney World's Tours and Experiences page to determine which ones seem to fit your interests best. Some of my friends' favorites include Wild Africa Trek, Backstage Magic, Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour and Behind the Seeds at Epcot. Each one of these behind-the-scenes tours is so very different from the other, so check them out and send questions back as you think of them; I'd be happy to help!

Best wishes as you plan your spectacular stay in Walt Disney World!
