Hi again, I plan to take my Family on a 7 day cruise, on this trip we will be at sea for 3 days can you tell me if there are more activities planned on the ship besides the movies and youth clubs(fantasy Eastern Caribbean)March 2015

    Happy New Year, Monique!

Imagine being on deck, enjoying the refreshing ocean breeze and basking under the sun's warm rays. Just relaxing & lounging around.  But wait - there are tons to do around the ship. Activities can vary on each voyage and all the info will be on your daily Personal Navigator.  This will be delivered to your stateroom the night before, so you can plan for the following day.  Each day offers something different to keep all age groups busy, occupied and entertained.  Some activities will also need pre-registration at the Guest Services desk.

I personally enjoy the family fun activities while at sea.  DCL offers many class parties  - yes, they make every class a party!  These could include: Towel Folding, Scrapbook, Animation, Dance & crafts.   My kids have always enjoyed hanging out at the Youth Clubs with their new friends.  They get to watch and participate in Magic Shows, Science experiments and even cooking classes.

How about Bingo? The jackpot grows each day and it usually reaches in the thousands!  Fancy some wine or beverage tasting?  Lots of mixologies to learn about on the ship and the cast members are the best in the industry! Not to mention their dazzling desserts or entree cooking classes. There are other Adult Exclusive seminars, classes and tours around the ship each day.  Maybe you'll enjoy some pampering time at the Spa? Or maybe you'd like a gastronomic experience at Palo or Remy?  Brunch is offered at either of the restaurants on sea days and these are quite enjoyable.  It  does require reservations and are offered at an additional dining fee.

Keep checking throughout the year, since DCL has a habit of introducing new activities on a regular basis. Things never get old and there's always something magical about every activity!

    Have a Disney Day!
