Hello again Panel, thx for all the great advice! Had a few ??? about the professional family portraits that can be done in WDW. Do we need to book this service in advance, and if so, how far? Also, where in Poly will they be taken, or can we choose?

    Greetings Alyssa,

I can honestly say that the folks at Disney Fine Art and Photography do an amazing job of capturing memories through your family portraits!  My family recently had a session at the Aulani Resort in Hawaii, and we were so impressed with the results, that we have booked a mini-session at the Grand Floridian for this Fall!

Reservations are strongly suggested and in most cases, required, since space is limited and spots fills quickly.  You can contact Disney Fine Art and Photography directly at (407) 934-4004 to schedule your appointment.

I have several friends who have had photo shoots at the Polynesian, and I think you'll be happy to hear that the photos were taken all over the resort...from beach to lobby to front entrance!  If you have a specific spot that is special to you, just let the photographer know, and he/she will do their best to accommodate you!  It also won't hurt to mention that location request to the cast member at the time of booking!
At Aulani, we knew we wanted the majority of our shoot to take place on the beach at sunset. We mentioned this to our photographer and it was no problem!  Our portraits were amazing!

    Best Wishes,
