Hi again! Just need some clarification on gratuities. Can gratuities still be paid in cash or must they be charged to stateroom account??

    Welcome back, Veronica!

I'm more than happy to help with your question about gratuities. On embarkation day, guest folios will be automatically charged with the suggested gratuity amounts for the following: Stateroom Host/Hostess, Server, Assistant Server, and Head Server.

You have the option of adding pre-paid gratuities at the time you book your cruise, or when your final payment is processed. If you don't pre-pay, you'll receive a notification explaining the charge to your shipboard account when you check in. You always have the option to pay in cash - just stop by the Guest Services Desk  (Deck 3, Midship) to let them know. You can also modify or add additional gratuities at your discretion.

Remember that Room Service tips are not included in the automatic charge, you'll need to keep a few dollars on hand for when you order those Mickey Ice Cream Bars or warm chocolate chip cookies!

I hope this helps clarify how gratuities are handled onboard. Please feel free to stop by if you have any more questions!
