Ahoy, Natasha!
It's hard to believe December is already here! I'm sure you've been counting the days until your
Very Merrytime Cruise on the
Disney Magic. No need to wait much longer - your sail date is right around the corner! From the moment you board the ship, you'll be treated like a VIP by a very attentive, friendly, helpful cruise staff. You'll receive excellent, personalized service at every turn, from Guest Services to your awesome Dining Room Servers!
Every stateroom will be assigned a Stateroom Host/Hostess, who'll be in charge of cleaning and maintaining your room throughout your cruise. Stateroom Hosts typically make themselves available on the first afternoon onboard to greet guests and ask if you have any specific needs during your trip. They'll come in each day to clean your room and replace used linens, and return in the evening to prepare the room and turn down your beds.
We always enjoy returning to our room in the evening to see what kind of towel art the Stateroom Host has left for us. We've had towel monkeys, fish, even a Narwhal on our last cruise! (That one induced a fit of giggles in my youngest child.) If our kids have stuffed animals in the room, sometimes the Host has included them in a fun display. If you'd like your elf to join in on the fun, simply make time to talk to your Stateroom Host and let them know that "TinTin" might need some help moving around the cabin when you're out of the room. I'm sure they would be more than happy to make a little magic happen!
Word has it that a very special guest will be sailing with you too - Santa Claus! I ho-ho-hope you have a most magical time on your Disney Cruise Line vacation!
Bon Voyage and Happy Holidays! - Diane W.
