I am sorry that you are experiencing difficulty with your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App and managing your profile preferences and information. Often a time, the app may need a system update or a download of the latest version of the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App, or you may need to restart your mobile device, or even uninstall and reinstall the app itself. Lastly, please check to see if your
mobile device supports the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App.
Myrna, I recommend using a desktop computer to sign in to your Disney Cruise Line account, which should then reflect your latest sailing, and if your latest sailing is not in your
My Reservations in your
Already Booked planning area, then you can use your current Disney Cruise Line reservation confirmation to add a new reservation to your account and you will also be able to manage your profile settings, including your current address under
My Account under the
Already Booked tab. For assistance with any further difficulties, I recommend
contacting Disney Cruise Line as soon as you can, as it would be my opinion that any documentation would be sent to the address on file. While at sea, for any issues involving the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App please consult the
Connect@Sea Cast Member onboard for support.
Tips:Please ensure you complete your Disney Cruise Line Online Check-In 30 days from sailing for necessary documentation, to select your Port Arrival Time and register for any activities onboard. Completing Online Check-In is a necessary step prior to sailing in preparation for your arrival at the port.
