Hi again! I would love to take my daughters to Shark Reef but can't find any info on age requirements. They will be 6 and 4. The 4 year old looks much younger....she's tiny! Both can snorkel and swim though and I know they would love it!

    Hi Sara!

In my opinion, there is no experience in the whole world that equals Shark Reef at Typhoon Lagoon. It's an amazing sight to see tropical fish, stingrays and sharks swimming next to you. If you really want to get excited, check out the Shark Reef page of the Walt Disney World website for more information. While you are there, click on Gills and Thrills towards the bottom of the page for age guidelines. It looks like children 10 and under just need to be accompanied by an adult so as long as you are with your girls, I think you're all set. By the way, if you look very carefully you might just see Dory among all of those beautiful fish. I'm crossing my fingers that you do!

Thanks for stopping by. Please come back if we can help you with any other Disney travel tips or advice.

    Have a magical day!
