It's me again! How long does it normally take to get from the MK to Disney Springs via Disney bus transportation? Also, where in Disney Springs does the bus drop off? Thanks!

    Hi Tara!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

If you wish to travel from Magic Kingdom Park to Disney Springs there is a direct bus, but this is only a one-way service between 4.00pm-11.00pm.  It is generally advised that you should allow 60-90 minutes when travelling around the Walt Disney World Resort by Disney Transport, especially if you are heading for a dining reservation as you do not want to be late for your table.  In reality the actual bus ride would probably take around 20-30 minutes, but if you have to wait for a bus they usually run every 20 minutes.   The bus stops at Disney Springs are located in between the Orange Garage and the Lime Garage at Town Center, close to Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill and Planet Hollywood.  You can see the exact location on the interactive map here.  As a general rule I would allow plenty of time for travelling, just in case there's a delay of any sort.  If you wish to travel outside of 4.00pm-11.00pm you would be required to take a bus to any Disney Resort hotel, then transfer to another bus for Disney Springs from there.

I hope you have enough time to explore Disney Springs fully!  It's one of my favourite places in which to spend some relaxing time, away from the excitement of the theme parks.  I love shopping!, and the restaurants will cater for every taste.  Enjoy!

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World.
