Hi again moms! I have a lactose intollerant DS2 who drinks lots of lactose free milk. Will this be difficult to get in the parks? Can't drink soy milk due to allergy. Also is it possible to get half or full gallons of lactose free milk at or near WL? thks!

    Hi Allison,

Lactaid milk is generally not carried in the parks. If soy milk (which is readily accessible in the parks and resorts) isn't a suitable replacement, I would recommend having Lactaid (or the brand of our choice)  delivered directly to your room by a grocery delivery service such as gardengrocer.com or wegoshop.com for your room refrigerator (along with any other groceries you are interested in keeping in your room.)  You can carry a small insulated beverage container to bring milk along with you to the parks.  My kids have a variety of sensitivities and allergies, and we have used both of these delivery services very successfully in the past.

In addition, I would recommend nothing your daughter's lactose intolerance on all of your table service reservations, so that the chef or a designe can come speak to you to ensure that what your daughter eats is safe for her and her belly!

I hope you have a fantastic vacation!
I hope you have a wonderful trip!
