    Hello again, I would like to know if every person has to have a fla id to do the annual passes. I would love to be able to do the payment plan, my family consist of DD 21 College student, DS 10, GS 2 and MM 62, and ME. i have the florida ID every 1else GA

    Hi again, Monique,

    We have used the monthly payment plan since the program started and love spreading our annual fee throughout the year. However, the benefit is only available for Florida residents. When you activate Florida residents passes, every adult must be present and must show valid Florida identification.
