Hi Again! Kaylene was kind enough to answer me regarding the buildings at the all-star sports. We DO have a preferred room reservation already. Is there a certain building we can ask for, in order to be the closest possible? Or does it not matter?

    Hi again, Beth!

The preferred rooms are located in the "Surfs Up!" section. These are building numbers 1 & 6. If you request pool side, you will be a few steps closer (down those staircases on that side of the building). Those 2 buildings are pretty much equal distance from the "Stadium Hall" which houses the food court, lobby, gift shop and access to the buses. Given that you are already in a preferred room, which will be in "Surfs Up!", you should be all set. You are still welcome to call the number I provided earlier to request pool side if you'd like. It can't hurt, but please remember that it won't be guaranteed :) Really though, it is just a difference of a few steps and it might actually be a little quieter to be away from the pool.

Hope this helps and please be sure to stop back by with any other questions!
