    Hello Again, Jackie! I purchased Cirque Soleil tickets (on the Cirque website) and there was no provision to add it to my Experiences. I would like to add it so the Genie knows about it. Can I do this?

    Hello again, Laurel! I like seeing a familiar name pop up here at planDisney. I hope I've been able to answer a few of your questions so far.

    Laurel, because Cirque Du Soleil is an outside company, you won't necessarily be able to link anything to your MyDisneyExperience account.  However, you can add the show to your itinerary in your MyDisneyExperience account manually. 

    Here's how to do that:

    • Go to your MyDisneyExperience account and log in. 
    • Scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section 
    • Click on "Add More Plans" this will bring a drop-down menu out and then you'll click on the "Notes" option
    • From there you can add the date, time and a description of what you'll be doing
    When you are done with this form, the note will show up on your daily itinerary. Because the Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ are so new, I'm not really sure how this will affect how your day is planned for you using these services.  I'm sorry I don't have more information about that for you at this time. I would definitely add it as a note just in case the Disney Genie is able to recognize that you have a time period blocked out for something else.

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
