Hi (again). You have been so helpful. Going at end of May for four days and plan on going to each park. Where would you suggest we use our snack credits if we wanted the snacks to be breakfast for the next morning? Thanks again for all of your help!

Ah, Colleen! You have brought up one of my new favorite things to do at Disney--play with the Dining Plan! When we left our last vacation we had 26 snacks left over (!!) so we spent them all on fudge to take home to my son's birthday party (which was just a few days away). Sadly, they got soaked in the cooler and were ruined. But it was a great idea!!

OK. So, I think what you're asking is that you want to get a snack at a park so you can eat it the NEXT morning for breakfast in the hotel?

Well, there are bakeries everywhere that would be good for a croissant or other bakery item: Starring Rolls & Writer's Stop at Hollywood Studios, Main Street Bakery at Magic Kingdom (get the cinnamon roll!), Kusafiri Bakery in Animal Kingdom and Kringla Bakeri Og Café and Boulangerie Patisserie in Epcot are good, too. (Of course, most of the stuff I want in there is cupcakes, not breakfast!)

There is also the Boardwalk Bakery at the Boardwalk--it would be good if you are staying near there. And really, most of the resort quick-service restaurants will have snacks you could grab for a breakfast--the night before of the morning of!

I'm a big fan of the DisneyFoodBlog.com it is filled with reviews, finagling with the Dining Plan and great ideas for snack credits. So maybe check that out for more fun!
