Hi Jamie,
Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! I love thinking about unique activities to do at Walt Disney World. Often, these can be found at the resorts. Let me give you some options.
I suggest spending some time at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. There is so much to do at this resort! At this resort,
Tri-Circle-D Ranch has many fun options. Your children can enjoy pony rides as long as they are under 80 pounds and under 48 inches tall. There are also carriage and wagon rides to enjoy. A meal at the nearby
Trail's End Restaurant is delicious, and there is a great playground and beach closeby for relaxing and playing.
You also might consider a
Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage, on which you set sail from Disney's Contemporary Resort as a pirate and take in the majesty of Wishes Nighttime Spectacular from an amazing vantage point on a boat. This is a fun adventure for your whole family!
Finally, your children may enjoy a night at one of the
Children's Activity Centers at Walt Disney World. At these supervised centers, your children can partake in many different Disney activities including crafts, movies, and games, and even have dinner and snacks. The extra bonus here is that you can have an adult night out while they enjoy the fun!
I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Jamie. Have a great time planning your magical vacation, and please do let us know if you have any further questions.
