    Hello again, my family and I have been coming to Disney for the pass 18 yrs, we love it! I would love to be a annual pass holder, but of course I'm not a Florida resident. Is there another program that will allow non-Florida residents to do monthly payment

    Thanks so much for sending your question directly to me! I love hearing that you've been visiting Walt Disney World for so long and you continue to love it! Our family loves it so much too and we can never get enough!

    I completely understand what you mean about not being a Florida resident, I wish I was one too! I'm sorry to say, there is not another program that allows monthly payments to be made for annual passes at this time other than for the Florida residents. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it might change someday. The only other thing I can suggest is maybe making payments to yourself in a special "Rainy Day Disney" account until you have enough saved up to buy your passes. That's what we do and it works pretty well...at least until we move to Florida someday!
