Hi again Emma, 8 of us travel to WDW August '12 and travelling with a girl, 14 and boy, 13 at WL. They are in the same room with parents but what happens if there are no bunk beds available? Can we get a roll-away bed as they are too old to sleep together?

    Hi Elizabeth,

My family will be staying at the Wilderness Lodge for the very first time next year and are very excited about it! The Resort itself is absolutely gorgeous and with the Magic Kingdom just a short boat ride away, it offers an excellent location.

As you can see from the "Room Types & Pricing" page of the Walt Disney World website HERE, Woods View - Bunk Bed rooms and Courtyard View Bunk Bed rooms do cost more than Standard rooms.

The only way to guarantee a room with bunk beds would be to upgrade your reservation to specifically include a room with bunk beds at an additional cost.

As far as I am aware, rollaway beds are not available at this Resort hotel. I would recommend that you call the hotel direct on 001-407-824-3200 to have a Cast Member confirm this for you.

(In order to make an economical telephone call from the UK, you can either use Skype or call 08448-610-610 and when prompted enter the US telephone number which in this case is 407-824-4321. Calls will cost approximately 1p per minute which is obviously much cheaper than making a normal international call)

    Wishing you a magical holiday!
