Hey Dora! Thank you for writing; I love hearing back from guests.

Disney's PhotoPass+ does require action when you arrive at Walt Disney World. You will receive a voucher in the mail to trade for a PhotoPass+ card. This can be done in any theme park at a PhotoPass Sales Center. The closest place to switch a voucher for a card to Disney's Art of Animation Resort that is not inside a park would be Team Mickey in Downtown Disney. Some of the deluxe resorts also have spots to activate your PhotoPass+- M. Mouse Mercantile at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort, Trader Jack's at Disney's Polynesian Resort, Zawandi at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, and the Beach Club Marketplace at Disney's Beach Club Resort.
