    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so excited that you have reservations for two of my favorite character dining experiences. Since my mom also tours the Walt Disney World Resort in an Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV), I can assure you there are designated places to park your unit at both venues. At Chef Mickey's you will park your ECV along the outside wall area before entering the restaurant. You will also see that strollers use this area as well. Typically, the ECV/stroller parking area at Tusker House is off to the left near the check-in podium. If you are unsure where to leave your ECV, just ask a Cast Member, who will be able to help you.
