Welcome back, Brandie!
Thank you for asking another excellent question! Backpacks are great, but limit what you bring because you do not want to lug a heavy bag around Walt Disney World Resort. I tend to pack light with only my wallet, phone, hand sanitizer, travel size sunscreen, lipstick, a small pack of disinfecting wipes and a portable phone charger. Usually, I wear my camera using a crossover strap, but I also bring along a few gallon-size zip lock bags to protect it in my bag while on attractions like Splash Mountain. If I am traveling with my family, then I also include medication for my son, pull-ups, wipes, change of clothes, additional zip-lock plastic bags and refillable water bottles.
You are also welcome to bring your own food and drinks into the parks. I like having a few snacks on hand in case my Mouseketeer gets hungry between meals. Keep in mind that alcohol and glass are prohibited items, and a complete list can be found at
Walt Disney World Resort Park Rules.
I hope this helps with your planning, and you make many unforgettable memories during your vacation!
Have a magical day!
Missy
