    Hello again Derek! We will be at WDW right after they introduce the "glow with the show" ears. Do you know if each set will be specific to each show or if we will be able to use the same set for Fantasmic and Wishes? Thank you again for your help

    Thanks for your message! It was good to hear back from you!

    I got really excited when I saw your question because I'm right there with you - I can't wait to see the Glow with the Show ears when they're rolled out next month at Walt Disney World.  

    (I've seen videos of them in action at Disneyland and they look so cool!)

    I reached out to my friends in the merchandising team and they said that a single set of Glow with the Show ears will be able to respond to all of the applicable locations/shows around the Walt Disney World theme parks. Thomas Smith's post on the Disney Parks Blog gives a list of initial shows where the Glow with the Show ears will be working.

    (If you noticed, I used the word "initial" because I'm hoping that they'll be adding on to the list in the near future!)

    Here's a little tip from your buddy Derek:

    The videos I've seen of the Glow with the Show ears in action were shot from the far corners of the World of Color show in Disney's California Adventure. If you get the chance to experience Fantasmic! when the Glow with the Show ears are available, try to sit in one of the far corners of the Hollywood Hills Amphitheater so you can get the full affect from the sea of color atop everyone's heads.

    (I'm getting goosebumps just thinking about it!)
